5 /5 Victoria Buccellato: Came for a date night, we ordered a sharing meat platter between 2. Personal favourite was the fillet steak and sirloin cut. The other 2 cuts not as nice, But that’s personal opinions. Came with two sides ( chips and mash for us. Delicious! ) Our waitress Amber, did a fantastic job. Thankyou for the lovely evening. 5 /5 Nicolas Henry: Surely one of the best restaurants in Brighton. Not only is the meat absolutely amazing and very well cooked (arrives medium rare when you asked for medium rare), but the service is also very impressive. Every time we come here, we’re warmly welcomed the moment we arrive. The menu is simple and easy to read, and when we asked for a wine recommendation, they didn’t push the most expensive bottle but suggested something that truly matched our taste. Also, we were 8 and we’ve all been served at the same time. The staff make sure your glasses are never empty, water or wine, and they regularly check in to see that you have everything you need. You can also feel that they genuinely enjoy being there, and that makes all the difference All the love from the table of French friends who had, again, a great dinner last night!

5 /5 Joel Pagett: I recently visited Chamuyo for a family dinner, and we all absolutely loved our visit. It was a fabulous dining experience, getting every element spot on. With fantastic food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere, it was an outstanding evening. Every single element of the meal, from the delicious starter right through to the Churros for dessert, was absolutely incredible. The highlight was easily the Lamb Shank. It was tender, wonderfully flavoursome, and the portion was huge. With its great atmosphere, brilliant service, and wonderful food, I cannot recommend a visit to Chamuyo highly enough - and I will certainly be back when I head back to Brighton!

5 /5 Bianca Stratulat: Delicious Steak, Great Service! We had a fantastic dinner at this steakhouse. The steak was cooked perfectly. Juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The sides were also spot on, especially the grilled vegetables and chunky fries. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cosy, and the small touches (like the chimichurri sauce and candlelight) made the experience even better. Highly recommend if youre looking for quality steak and a relaxed dining vibe!
