5 /5 Ari Levi: Great restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill. We went there first of all their famous Burger but most other dishes we tasted were great as well. The Burger with Gorgonzola cheese was delicious. We preferred to share it as we wanted to taste other dishes as well. Actually it was the right choice. The pizette, shrimps, tomato salad and dumplings were very tasty. We also had the chicken as recommended by the staff but it was nothing special about it, it was ok. Wine alternatives were also good. Desserts, as in most London restaurants, were not at the dame level as other foods in the menu. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Robert Curtis: Well, the burger is pitched as the best in London and e has to visit as part of our London burger pilgrimage. It didn’t disappoint! Each of us, fifty something, 26 years and 13 years old rated it 10 out of 10. We had no space for dessert it was that filling. Seriously impressed, don’t think about it and just book it. Really friendly service too.

4 /5 Christine Kim: We had a 12pm reservation to try the burger which is limited to 20 a day (10 at lunch, 10 at dinner). Despite having a booking, we arrived at 11:40am to line up which felt a bit excessive in my opinion. We shared the deep-fried taleggio truffle lasagne (overcooked and off in flavour), the fried potato pizzette with burrata and mortadella (simple but delicious), grilled prawns (nicely done) and the famous beef burger with gorgonzola with fries. The burger was good but the patty could have been better seasoned and it didn’t quite justify the early queue. The service was friendly and polite.

3 /5 Tom K: Fabulous food let down by surly, unpleasant service. My wife and I live nearby and were excited to try out Dove for a Friday night out. Our experience was that the food was absolutely outstanding (especially the grilled sea bream) but the service was remarkably terrible. We were seated and waited a long time for menus. Then, when I asked about wine recommendations, I was told "theyre on the paper." Service for the rest of the meal was similarly unfriendly. We also noticed similarly unpleasant interactions with staff at the tables to our left and right during the meal. At the end, we wanted to consider a pudding, but we couldnt get anyone to give us a menu, so I finally gave up and demanded to pay so we could leave. This wasnt just inattentive service, it was openly rude and unhelpful. I asked to remove the option service fee - the first time in my life Ive ever done so, and the manager did it. After overhearing me, the table to our side voiced similar complaints about the service ruining an otherwise lovely meal. If this restaurant can find a way to ensure its staff is more consistently professional and helpful, it would be an amazing place to dine, but honestly Im not inclined to go back and risk my limited nights away from our child (and money) on a restaurant where my wife and I might again encounter that kind of service.

5 /5 Talal Bohsali: I’d heard about Dove for a while — especially that burger everyone talks about — and after seeing it all over Instagram, I was eager to finally try it. We waited about 20 minutes in line to get one of the 10 burgers offered per service, and it was absolutely worth it. With smash burgers everywhere these days, it was refreshing to have a rich, juicy patty cooked to perfection. The garnishes were balanced, and the duck fat fries were outstanding. I genuinely considered booking again the next day. The ham pizzette, raw lamb tart, and soft serve with salted oat biscuits all showed the same attention to detail — everything felt cohesive and intentional. From the warm service to the lively atmosphere, it was a delicious, memorable experience I can’t wait to repeat next time I’m in London.
