Fes Restaurant - (Near , South East)

Ben Rhodes Feel bad giving this review as I love the concept and the food is generally tasty. This particular spot is absolutely useless when it comes to coffee. 9/10 they have switched the machine off (often at 2/3 in the afternoon), and when they have it operational they dont have the special seasonal coffees they are advertising. Its sort of become amusing which is why Ive tried as many times as I have. Coffee is such a great margin for a business like Farmer J, but sadly Ill be spending my cash at one of the many other coffee providers.

Patrick This was my first time trying Burmese food. Very highly recommend going to this restaurant. Burmese food, to me, is much more similar to Thai food than I thought. As Thai, I’m very familiar with the Thai cuisine, and many of the flavours of Burmese cuisine reminded me of it. There are certain types of meats and curries that are clearly influenced by India/Nepal, making this a very interesting cuisine. I most recommend the mutton curry - by far the best dish I’ve had, and I’ve tried a few dishes at this place. The second meal I would recommend is the Mohinga, which is a national dish and similar to a Malaysian Laksa + Vietnamese vermicelli noodles. Food gets delivered super quick ~5-10 minutes. Staff are very friendly.

Thanathorn Tanpanich Great service and very nice staff. The food is amazing and tastes like authentic Thai food. Everything is freshly cooked and the portions are big. You can see Guildford city view and Guildford Castle from this restaurant. Highly recommended!

Sarasjuntorn Angkinun My husband and I can confidently say that etch. is the best fine dining restaurant we’ve experienced in Brighton so far. We booked the tasting menu with wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while the service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish - highly recommend!

Matthew Richardson Incredible! We had heard good things about this place. There was a bit of a queue but we decider to wait it out. Certainly glad we did! The queue went down really quick and the food was incredible!! All 4 of us have said how nice the food was and we all had different dishes. A lot of choice and wish we could visit more often to try it all. 5/5!!

William G Serves coffee and cakes but there is also a bar. Minimal wait to be served with indoor and outdoor seating. Access to the crazy golf and arcade area from that outside seating makes it relaxing for the adults and fun for that children.
