1 /5 Complete Matrix: I spent 15 minutes trying to order on the website. It said 50% off for first orders. ALL items were mega expensive - but its OK, 50% off. Got to the checkout and no 50% off. Must be a mistake?? I called them up - they said they dont do 50% off anymore. I told them it was still on the website and asked if they would honour the deal as I had spent 15 min putting in the order. I was told: no. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I said there was absolutely nothing I can do but leave a review. She said, wait, my manager will call you back. 20 min later - no call. Oh well. Just sharing my experience. Ive been to the Chadwell Heath branch - prices were NOTHING like the prices in Romford. Such a shame.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Great portions, fair prices, and a really nice local vibe — definitely somewhere I’ll be coming back to.

1 /5 Gypsy G: This was our first time eating at Foodies, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. My son and I ordered loaded fries with burgers, and shortly after eating we both became sick. We experienced nausea and diarrhea and felt unwell for the entire day. This is completely unacceptable and very concerning from a food safety standpoint. Based on this experience, I would not return, and I hope the restaurant takes food hygiene and handling more seriously to prevent others from going through the same thing

5 /5 Mohammad Alom: New place and lovely food. Their loaded fries are brilliant. Really nice sauce and great portions. Their chicken tenders are very tasty and crispy. Their burgers are OK. I think the bun could be a bit better. Their churros are really nice. I got the white chocolate sauce which was amazing. Definitely worth a try.

1 /5 Ornob Mohammad: I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed by this experience. To begin with, the burger I was served was not cooked properly, which is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. On top of that, the staff member preparing my food was not wearing gloves and was repeatedly using their mobile phone while handling and closing the burgers. This is extremely unhygienic and not what any customer should expect when ordering food. Since eating the meal, I have developed a bad stomach ache, which has made the situation even more concerning. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and food safety and cleanliness should be taken seriously at all times. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their hygiene standards so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
