Alice Gazzola Amazing place!! You would expect such unique and local experience in bigger cities but there you are, a Korean wife and husband cooking you proper Korean food! Portions are MASSIVE so prepare to either share or ask for a take away box ;) The hosts are the nicest people and they will make you feel like at home. Amazing atmosphere

Pria I was served by Sarah today, and she was absolutely lovely. She was so kind and attentive — constantly keeping an eye on our table and clearing glasses as soon as we’d finished, which made such a difference since we only had a small table. She made sure we always had plenty of space and was really friendly and easy to chat with. On top of that, she pours a perfect pint! Her attention to detail and great attitude really stood out — brilliant service all round.

Tina Priestman Our fabulous meal at Indian Essence in Petts Wood was made even more special with Gordons fabulous soft singing in the background. His voice created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere without ever overpowering the evening, it was the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful meal. We especially loved that he took the time to chat with us, asked about our favourite songs, and even treated us to a lovely little serenade. It felt personal and thoughtful, and really elevated the whole experience. Dylan Archer I have nothing but good words to say about this place. I ordered 4 days in a row to my work and in that time I tried 3 stand out dishes: The Lasagna, Gnocchi alla Matteo, and the Tortelloni Salsiccia and Ricotta. (Really everything is good). The desserts are great too but Id say the creme brulee is the best, even though I usually get tiramisu which is a favourite of mine anywhere I go, the creme brulee is done so well that it has to be my favourite at this place. If you like Italian cuisine then youre in luck, this is the place for you.

Kate F We had an absolutely lovely meal here. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. When we had questions about the menu they explained things well and were helpful in meeting our requests. The food was very good, full of flavour with generous portions. The Prawn Boil, the burger and the crepes were all delicious.
