The peri peri chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, the rice boxes were really tasty, and the burgers hit the spot. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and everything came out fresh and hot. On top of that, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The place itself is clean and cozy, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Overall, a solid choice if you’re craving good quality chicken at fair prices.

Reece Lane I have been coming to the Queens Head since September 2025. It was a time I moved due to serious circumstances and had no friends locally. I tried the queens head fr their Karioke night! I now attend every single week without fail! It’s now my social time every week. With people who not only have made me welcome but who now become a core part of my life outside of the pub as well. Sarah the bar lady is by far one of the best staff I have ever met in the hospitality industry. She sis full of beans, a great crack, also someone who you can trust and actually rely on if there was any type of issue. She makes you feel safe, makes you laugh and so much more. Over the last few months I’ve got to know all the staff and management. They all really are a team and family of their own! These days you don’t find many places that’s full of happy staff alongside customers. I hope the queens head remains in my future for a long time. As it really has brought me out of a dark hole of when I felt lonely. Thank you all at the queens head
