4 /5 KByville Pika: Located in Preston Road, you can take advantage of economical prices, unlike Italian restaurants based in the center of London, which can be very pricey. You can get a pasta with a full lobster for just £29. It also has a peaceful atmosphere due to its location, but it’s nonetheless the most popular Italian restaurant in the area. The locally employed staff is also very generous and kind. Places like these make you feel like not going to the center of London for fine Italian cuisine. However, I must concur that the staff can be a little bit unfriendly sometimes as waiters are normally circulating often. I have received an unwelcome aura normally from women who are in charge of running this restaurant.

5 /5 Alina Bhogal: This was my third time at Gusto, and once again it did not disappoint. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared you can really tell how much care goes into every dish. Everything we ordered was spot on. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes the experience even better. A special mention to the chef, who is truly lovely and clearly passionate about what they do. Consistently great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere I’ll definitely be back again and again. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Jade Bakare: Hello. I do not appreciate being 1. Shouted at and 2. Being hung up on. I placed a deliveroo order but realised I couldn’t amend items online. I called the restaurant after placing the order asking if cherry tomatoes could be added to the pizza. I have no issues with them saying no. That’s absolutely fine, it was just a query. What I do have an issue with is whatever lady/chef I’m assuming in the background of the call who shouted no so rudely. The call was then immediately stopped. I called back twice and it rang and went to voicemail. I used another phone and that went through. Deliveroo order is 1838 and I called at 20:07 Fri 6 March. Food is just as good as the service in a restaurant. The pizza arrived fine, nothing special and the chips were cold but that’s a delivery issue not the restaurant However being shouted at and dismissed is disgusting and if I could give 0 stars, I would

2 /5 Liam Martin-Lane: Arancini was okay, but overpowered by the tomato sauce. Linguine was very salty, and the accompanying lobster wasnt served with a lobster fork or wipes. For the food quality, the price is reasonable, but the service left a fair bit to be desired - it took far too long to bring the bill for a table of 3. Decor was nice and the atmosphere was chill, but I wouldnt describe this venue as authentically Italian.

1 /5 Adde Liliana: I ordered two pizzas and waited over an hour due to it being busy. When the order arrived, one pizza was missing — I received only half of what I paid for. This is the second time this restaurant has failed to send a complete order. Previously, my entire dessert order was missing. I called and spoke with the manager on duty. Instead of offering a proper solution, she was dismissive and rude. She told me that because I said I would leave a bad review, I would not be getting my money back. She also invited me to come to the restaurant to collect the refund in person, which is completely unreasonable after waiting over an hour for a delivery order. On top of that, she suggested I “do like last time” — meaning to simply wait and place another order in the future so I could receive what was missing now. That is not an acceptable solution. Mistakes can happen, especially when it’s busy, but the way this was handled is unprofessional and disappointing. Basic order checks before dispatch would prevent these repeated issues. The food is genuinely good, but customer service and accountability are clearly lacking. Order at your own risk if you expect to receive your full order.
