5 /5 Kenny Mok: The food was excellent, especially the pastel de nata and the fish cake. The owners were very friendly and took the time to introduce us to Portuguese dishes, drinks, and local places to visit. A wonderful experience overall!

So just a heads up to anyone planning to go — you might want to book well in advance… or maybe try your luck elsewhere. We had a cheese burger from The village fish and chips it was delicious. When we arrived, we were told it was fully booked. This comment is relevant because it is simply stating a fact and helps future customers plan ahead. It would be helpful if the reservation policy was clearly communicated, so people do not arrive expecting to dine in and then have to leave disappointed — especially when they may already be hungry.

5 /5 Anu B: This is what is known as a hidden gem. Exceptional Portugese bbq that puts Nandos to shame in every way. Family owned - you need to book to eat in. If you love meat this is the place to go - exceptional value and suitable for families. Everything is freshly cooked to order.
