Duncan Busbridge Exceptional. Without asking, my lemon torte was served with a happy birthday presentation. The service was impeccable, the igloo experience was sublime, and the food was delicious. The staff all gave our dogs a lot of love as well, which was wonderful.

Juergen Thomas Have been going there quite a few times over the years, for a late breakfast/brunch, to avoid the chain hotel offerings. The paninis are excellent and generously sized, croissants also very good. The interior decor is nice too, with art-deco touches, more cozy than than chains. Happy to go back. Root Less Been meaning to try this since I first spotted it some months ago: I shouldnt have dithered, its a delight! Firstly the most charming, kind and helpful family hosts you could imagine who clearly genuinely care so much about making sure you are happy. And with this food, who wouldnt be happy? Started with possibly the best empanadas I have ever tasted (and my waistline testifies that I have worked through very many, including in Latin America): melting flaky pastry enclosing soft potato and tasty beef brisket accompanied by a delicious chimichurri. I chose the Ecuadorian ceviche which was not on the menu but suggested by the waiter. It consisted of prawns in a zingy fresh broth with lime juice, tomato, thinly sliced onions accompanied by plaintain chips and popcorn. Some habanero hot sauce added some heat and I cleaned the ample dish. I enjoyed this with a lovely fresh mango and milk smoothie. And the delight didnt finish with the food - menu prices are very reasonable but the Ecuadorian ceviche turned out to be £5 cheaper than the Peruvian one: I would have happily paid the £20 on the menu but they insisted on charging only £15. What lovely people making food full of love, albeit in fairly plain surroundings but I cant wait to go back and continue working my way through the entire menu.

Varun Patel I recently dined at this Nepal restaurant and was truly impressed! The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches that make you feel like you’re in Nepal. The tables were neatly set, and the overall ambiance was inviting and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of rich, authentic flavors. The naan was soft and fresh, the curries were perfectly spiced, and every bite felt homemade with care. You can really taste the quality and attention to detail in the cooking. The service was outstanding too. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in at just the right times. Overall, a fantastic dining experience great food, wonderful people, and a lovely setting. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Nepalese cuisine and a pleasant evening out!

Debsss Came here yesterday for a surprise private birthday dinner and it was AMAZING! A couple hours before, our room was upgraded for free to an upstairs heated room with better interior, bluetooth speakers inbuilt & our own private bathrooms. Staff were really helpful & patient, despite the large group - a special shoutout to Imam who was our waiter for the night for his friendliness and the excellent service provided! 10/10 experience & would recommend :)
