2 /5 Anca Laura: Not the first time ordering from this place, but definitely big disappointment tonight. Food expected @6:45 pm. Called just after 7 to check what is happening and was told the driver left already and should be with us in a few minutes. 7:30 called again and was told driver will be there in 5 min. 7:50 called again to cancel the order (£60 worth). Person on the phone tried bargaining, even offered a discount. I politely asked them to call the driver and cancel, as I will not open the door.
A few minutes later, driver rings the door bell. I really feel sorry for him, but I refused to open the door.
Moral of the story: be honest with your clients from the beginning. Had they apologised and said it will be an hour when we first called, I would have taken the order. Even worse, if the driver really left at 7pm, why would I pay for warm (ish) food instead of hot. No thank you!
