Kaizen Restaurant Bromley - (Near Bromley, South East)

4 /5 Jingye sun: Atmosphere is very on brand with the theme of Japanese culture. The decoration of the restaurant truly embraces Japanese tradition with lantern dropping lights, a cherry blossom tree, and natural wood patterns. The service generally is good, our waiter mixed the egg for the binbati dish, and stirred really way. However the meals came at all different times with our mains given within a range of twenty to thirty minutes. The food may be good for the people with a sweet tooth, however it just wasn’t for me, additionally, the price to quantity and quality of food ration wasn’t great, I would say just get a main, as it gives you the most bang for your buck.

5 /5 Sean Lynch: Mother and I were out wandering and we decided to come to Kaizen for the third time this year. We love, love, love this place. The food is delicious, the service amazing and the atmosphere great. Prices are absolutely on the money and I highly recommend the 2 courses for £15 deal that runs weekday lunchtimes. The sushi was fresh and succulent, the Char Siu pork Bao buns still remain the best I have ever had. Check out this place, just outside the Glades you will be glad you did.

3 /5 Andrea Cali: The restaurant is beautifully decorated, very quaint, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very kind and attentive. However, looking at the menu, it doesnt seem like a typical Japanese restaurant; it looks like a chain restaurant, but with restaurant prices. There are too many chicken and duck dishes on offer, and not enough fish, especially for sushi and rolls. We ordered a generous amount to try as many dishes as possible, and honestly, I didnt find anything particularly exceptional, except for the eggplant.

Ive been wanting to go here for ages however, 15 minutes before leaving my house to go, I was reading the reviews and very nearly changed my mind. We were greeted nicely on arrival - beautiful interior and overall relatively clens. Our order was taken promptly and with a smile. For 2 of us, we ordered and loved: - BBQ chicken wings - Chicken and veg gyoza - Cheeseburger spring rolls - Duck sushi - Salmon Nigiri - Sil Loong Bao - Black Cod - Tenderstem Broccoli - Lychee Martini - Asahi beer Very well presented overall and more importantly, great flavours and taste! The one small critic I had which is really scraping for an improvement area, was that the sushi was a bit too big. I gave full feedback and transparency to staff who said that next time, we can ask for smaller sushi..so problem solved ❤️ Look forward to returning ✨

4 /5 Ben Park: Good lunch for two - cost about £60 for two with soft drinks. Staff are friendly and made good menu suggestions. Food overall pretty good with the aubergine and bibimbap being standouts. Fried rice wasn’t my favourite (think the kitchen uses sushi rice) but overall it was very enjoyable. Would return.
