KFC Basingstoke - Leisure Park - (Near , South East)

5 /5 Crochet LCS: I don’t normally fill these in but last night I experienced great and friendly service from KFC server Ben in Basingstoke. My order was quickly processed and Ben was on the ball. Thanks Ben!

5 /5 Alpaca of The phoenix: Visited here whilst staying at Premier Inn. The food was spot on very hot and tasty as kfc should be. Only thing I can say is when getting back to the hotel two items were missing so had to go back 2 min walk. When I got there the lady serving sorted the issue straightaway got the two items replaced straight away apology aswell so I shook her hand and praised her this is the kind of staff these places need. So would give it more stars on staff and food if I could as very impressed with it all. Thanks kfc staff and the lady who served.

1 /5 Alyssa Crookes: We attended the drive-through at approximately 12:30am. The restaurant was still open and not due to close until 2am. We spent around £30 on food. The chicken we were given was stone cold and soggy, clearly not freshly cooked and not acceptable to serve. We politely asked if we could have fresh chicken because the food was cold. The manager told us that they would not be making any fresh chicken and stated that “what’s standing is what you get”. He also said they do not cook fresh chicken in the last hour and a half before closing, despite still taking orders. We were told that nothing warm could be made. The manager’s manner was rude and dismissive, and we were told they “can’t make fresh food for everyone” and that their holding policy is “just how it is”. I have video evidence of the manager clearly stating that no fresh chicken would be made and confirming that customers are expected to accept food that has been standing, regardless of temperature or quality. If a store is open and taking payment, it should be serving hot, fresh, and safe food. Serving cold, soggy chicken is unacceptable and a potential health risk. If fresh food cannot be provided, the store should stop taking orders. This experience was disgusting, and I will not be returning.

1 /5 Bosvark D: Ordered a 4 piece bucket for 1 and 2 mini fillet burgers chips and a Pepsi.. instead got a bag of hot wings some chips and a kind of burger that looked terrible no Pepsi.. total incompetence the receipt shows correct items however everything wrong if I had wanted hot wings I would have ordered them ...seems staff cant read properly ..

5 /5 Iamcaleann: I went through the drive through today and there was an error with my order. I ordered something extra at the window but it was not added on my order so when I collected it, I thought the order was missing this extra item. I went inside and spoke to a nice lady and she got the receipt for me which showed that the extra item was not added. I simply paid for it at the counter and they took my order and re-made it for me. I didnt ask for it to be re-made and I honestly felt bad when I realised they had re-made it for me. But I thanked this lady and apologised as well. It was a simple misunderstanding but its not a reason to be upset.
