Lebanese Shawarma - (Near Kent, South East)

5 /5 Kashmiri Eats: Visited this place yesterday and did not disappoint! The lamb was sold out when we visited around 9pm so could only try the chicken but was really really good, we got chicken shawarma & chips also the chicken fateyahr both really nice!! Also the customer service was amazing all food is halal

5 /5 Alice May: The food tastes lovely and fresh. Homemade pizza was amazing full of so much flavour. The prices are good for what you get. And the service is a 10/10 would definitely recommend.

1 /5 Lee: Do not order from this restaurant, if you go regularly and never had a problem then fair enough, our food arrived late and cold wasn’t even warm. Naan bread was all cut up, salad in pool of water, horrific. Contacted the restaurant and was told it wasn’t their problem, no apology no offer to resend order, disgusting service.. didn’t even risk reheating as I’m not sure if it was even hot in the first place. Ordered online via an app, they have been told regards food quality and service no doubt food hygiene authorities will be involved

1 /5 J P: I ordered last night and was waiting over 2 hours for it to be delivered. I called them up and there was so much noise I was speaking loudly on the phone and asked what the delay was. The guy was so rude he said “why you fing shouting the food is cooked im waiting on a driver. He will be here in 45 minutes”. That makes it over three hours by the time the food is delivered. As soon as he swore at me that was it! You don’t get to swear at me and not get retaliation. I told him in no uncertain terms that I would be cancelling the order and hung up. Why would I accept cold, congealed food - that he already said was already waiting two hours and a further 45 minutes - before it leaves the premises. Yuk! 37 minutes later (1943) the bloke phones me back telling me it is just being picked up now and I will be paying for it. I told him to jog on (not politely). We put the order in at 17:10. It would have got to our house at 20:15. Three hours plus is not acceptable but what’s even more unacceptable is the foul disgusting disrespectful language they used. I will never use you again.
