Jay Rube Everyone here are such nice people, great manner and respect, polite and refreshing, this team is hard to find as most places people are just wrapped up in their own bubble, Nathan and Maki and the other lady who was helping make with the coffee side was really awesome. The food is great, I ordered all 3 salads for £11+ with 2x chicken thighs. If you haven’t already been here what are you waiting for

Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal - Westminster

Rating: 4.4 /5
Alex M Our experience at Alex Dilling was simply excellent on all fronts. The service was truly exceptional. I had made a mistake with my booking in which I had not mentioned my seafood allergy. Thankfully the front of house team were understanding and attentive. The chefs went above and beyond to create a bespoke selection of delightful dishes to cater for my needs. An extra special thank you to the general manager Paolo, whose warmth and attentiveness made our evening truly unforgettable. Highly grateful to him and the team for their discretion and for creating a wonderful dining experience. An evening well spent!

London Uk Petrisor made us some lovely, high quality Romanian food. At my request he was able to adjust the recipes to be gluten free, and they tasted great!

Sabrina S Milk Balham never disappoints. Every time I go, the atmosphere is buzzing but still relaxed, and it just has that really cool, laid-back vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. The space feels bright and welcoming, and even when it’s busy it still runs smoothly. The food is honestly so good — you can tell everything is fresh and made with care. The portions are generous, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It’s one of those places where you struggle to choose because everything on the menu sounds amazing. The coffee is also spot on every time, which is so important for a proper brunch. The staff are friendly, helpful and always accommodating, even during peak times. Service feels genuine and not rushed, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best brunch spots in Balham — always worth the visit and I’ll 100% keep coming back.

Mark The Gruyère and onion quiche is absolutely delicious. The milky cheese and softened caramelized onions melt in your mouth while the buttery crust offers the right amount of complimentary bite. The raclette pretzel is also one of the best I’ve had in London. Beautiful interior and attention to detail in every corner of the shop. Service is impeccable from every staff. A must visit in the area definitely!
