1 /5 The Man: So pathetic! It ruined our dinner and mood, I’m extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. I came in tonight with my family for Iftar, and I’ve been a loyal customer — and a friend — for over 10 years. That history should count for something. When we raised a simple concern about one piece of rib missing from the family platter, instead of addressing it respectfully, we were told to “check the CCTV” as if we were being dishonest. That response was unnecessary and insulting. We did not make this up. We simply pointed out that an item we paid for was missing. After more than a decade of support and trust, I expected basic respect and a straightforward resolution — not suspicion. I hope you reflect on how this was handled. Long-term customers deserve to be treated with fairness and professionalism.

1 /5 Cee DEE: One particular staff is very rude. Can’t take comments relating their food and customer service is really poor. Kebab is ultraprocessed, doesn’t look like meat at all instead it was rubbery. We’ve been going to this place for years. But since the management has changed, our recent visit will also be our last.

1 /5 Roxana Elena Goldic: Today I ordered 2 large chicken doner wraps via Uber eats. Both came small sizes and one smaller than the other. I know the sizes as isn’t the first time eating at/from Lezziz restaurant living few minutes away from it. My husband and I were way too hungry and tired so we just eat it. The chicken doner was so chunky it might’ve been chicken shish. Nothing like doner. Very little amount and didn’t look properly cooked either. I payed nearly £40 for such a disappointing meal. I never been very happy with the inconsistency of this restaurant but today was the worst experience ever.
