5 /5 Phil Moss: An extraordinary experience.
There is no menu which is exciting and intriguing at the same time. The food is what the chef Ben feels like cooking on the day and wow did he deliver !! The guide says eight ish courses and we had nine.....I think ! Each round was different, well presented and absolutely gorgeous. We arrived at 6.30 to a welcome reception with bubbles and wine. I am doing dry January (foolish I know) so had the alcohol free sparkling wine which was pretty damn good.
Im not going to list each course as one, I cant recall all the details so fear being wrong and two, it wont reflect what you might have when you go because each night is different. I have posted photos so you can see what we had but take it from me, each course is superb. If I had to choose one, I couldnt.
If you havent been and you love food, just go and you will not be disappointed.
