McDonalds - (Near Bromley, South East)

2 /5 Marion McHardy: Just sitting here with my cappucino. Usually staff are nice but a bit odd/strange today. Just waiting for my drink order no 7. Only no 6 order ahead of me. A female staff member just behind me asked if I was ok!! Bit weird as I was just waiting and holding my ticket "Oh she said youre no 7, so the next order is yours". Thanks but I think I managed to work that out!

1 /5 John Burton: Ran out of happy meals toys but refused to charge me the same for a happy meal without a toy and when told getting it all separately was more expensive they just said yeah I know. Not my fault you ran out of toys but don’t then charge me for your errors

2 /5 Jason George: I can understand that the McDonalds was busy but, after spending over £30 I found that order was incomplete and sadly I had driven home before I noticed. I had a Big Mac missing and the chips placed in the paper bag upside down. Also a lots of delivery drivers loitering around blocking the entrance to the store

1 /5 Mari Sánchez Torrejón: Worst McDonald’s you can go. Every single time we have been here, something is always missing or is wrong in our order, most of the time multiple items. Today they crossed the line without not bothering to add a patty to my burger. Great feeling when you get home hungry, and you have this view (image below). We are not ordering in this location ever again.

3 /5 Emma Anderson: I visited this McDonalds on a Friday evening and it wasnt very busy (only 2 orders ahead of me on the screen.) When the food arrived the chips were cold, but the remaining parts of the order were warm. The restaurant and toilets were tidy and clean, however, the receipt roll in the self-service machine had run out, making it difficult to show proof of my order. Thankfully I took a photo of my collection number on the screen when I realised there was no receipt. The seating area while eating in the restaurant was fine and there were plenty of highchairs available for very small children. I would go back but it was just a bit disappointing to be served cold chips. They had obviously overestimated the quantity needed for a Friday evening, expecting it to be busier, but still served customers cold food rather than cook fresh. This I would like to see an improvement on.
