McDonalds - (Near Enfield, South East)

4 /5 Niki DJN: This branch looks great after the renovation – clean, modern, and with a smarter layout. The separate space for delivery riders is a big improvement. However, the dining area feels smaller, and almost every time I’ve ordered, something has been missing. Plus, one staff member is consistently rude, which really hurts the experience

5 /5 Rochelle Coop: Jermaine the manager is fantastic. Very polite, and helpful you do not often get customer service like this anymore. He happily sorted out our order when it was the delivery driver that stole it. Thank you for being so helpful.

1 /5 Vanessa Brennan: Ordered via the mcdonalds app/uber eats in November but the contents in the bag was not what I ordered even though it was my order details attached to the bag. I had to place a replacement order via just eat as I couldnt eat what Id received originally. I have spent a couple of months now, trying to get a refund for the food I received from the mcdonalds app order but nothing. I have spoken to reps on Instagram that said they would investigate and never got in touch. Now they ignore me. McDonalds should not be able to break their contract or keep money for a service they did not provide.

2 /5 Marlet Hinds: Arrived at Drive through 14/02/26 and there was a sign saying they are only accepted cash. So came out the drive through and ordered via the app. Went in the queue again to give my app ref: I was left at the drive through for almost 10 mins by the time I went through there was no apology instead I was met with a evil glare from a women with a hijab when I asked what was going on. It definitely was not a fast food experience.
