5 /5 faye8916: Specifically wanted to give a massive shout out to Russell. What a lovely guy. Walked in today Xmas eve with my 2 daughters. He welcomed us so warmly and gave my 2 daughters Christmas hats. We sat down with our food and I noticed he was welcoming everyone, making such an effort to chat to everyone. Some people knew him by name which was lovely. He sat and chatted to an elderly man on his own which by the looks of it, the elderly man really needed. He then came over and had a really lovely chat with us. Asking questions and talking to my daughters. I do not often give feedback but the service he gave was too good not to! Really made a difference and set this store above others I’ve been too.

2 /5 Freya Verrall: I ordered delivery from this store, and yet again it has been handed to me as a mess, drinks everywhere spilling from the cups, the cups themselves not secure, liquid DRIPPING from the bag as ive taken them into my house.

5 /5 Kinga Urszuly: We had such a lovely experience thanks to one of the McDonald’s staff members — the gentleman with a bald head and ginger beard. He was absolutely amazing: so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely a joy to interact with. He is a real asset to McDonald’s. What stood out most was his incredible attitude and work ethic. He doesn’t let his disability hold him back at all and works with such gratitude and positivity that it truly brightened our day. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers. I really hope he gets recognised for his amazing work ethic and friendly mannerisms — staff like him make a huge difference.

5 /5 E D: Lovely staff and excellent service, I accidentally did a pick up order via the app for restaurant collection but I was at the drive thru - didn’t matter as the staff sorted it for me which I appreciated as I had my dogs in the car. When staff laid eyes on my two chugs and senior bully in the back seat, they were all smiles and waves which was a fabulous experience for my 1 year old chugs first trip to McDonald’s. Happy 1st Birthday Frey bean! She loved her ice cream and chicken nuggets thank you, you’ve made our day❤️
