McDonalds - (Near Tower Hamlets, South East)

4 /5 Guy: I scanned the QR code at my table, placed my order and it arrived quickly. The carpark is a little small but not full so. After my food I drove three minutes to see Bow Church hoping to hear the sound of Bow Bells An all round enjoyable experience.

3 /5 Olga Dar: We had a take away as drive through, although staff was polite and service was fast... but they mixed up our order, we noticed part was different, so they fixed that bit quickly. We shouldve check it all as some things were still missing but we noticed only when we were at home. Next time if we go there we will definitely double check everything.

5 /5 Katrina: I’ve visited in person, used drive through and home delivery. It’s very clean, nice staff, home delivery (both their own app, and through third party app), is quick and easy. The only thing with home delivery, is sometimes the milkshakes weren’t available and very occasionally they forget to put items in. I’ve always been refunded, but when it’s a child’s item, it then means I give my child what I ordered, or in the case of my eldest whose vegetarian, I have to place a second order and charged more delivery fee. We rarely order now, because the prices are too high for a family of 4 people. We just do birthday and only if pressured on that occasion. Or if I’m going on a road trip with a friend, we’ll get breakfast to go through the drive through. This is the branch we use the most.

5 /5 Charli Benson: My meal remained delightful however the service was terrible, that day I had left my credit card at home and my Google pay had failed to work at the machine so I went to pay in cash. The lady by the register looked at me like I had pushed her into the ocean knowing full and well that she doesnt know how to swim and then didnt say sorry. All I was trying to do was pay for my meal and whilst I know that Macdonalds workers often have difficulty with customers who are angry or frustrated and are willing to abuse staff I did not such thing and felt that her dislike of me was unfair and cruel which left a bitter taste in my mouth when I ate my food. Overall the average Macdonalds experience.

5 /5 Rena: McDonald’s is always a reliable choice for quick and satisfying food. The service was fast and the staff handled orders efficiently even during busy hours. The burgers were fresh fries were hot and crispy and everything was well-packed. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained making it comfortable to dine in. Overall, a consistent experience that meets expectations every time.
