5 /5 Mimi: Excellent service today! The entire team was fantastic. I had a small issue when trying to use my Nandos reward card—the reward wouldnt process correctly. ​However, the staff handled the situation brilliantly. They were quick to understand the issue, honored the reward without any fuss, and processed my order with a smile. Its moments like this that show great customer care. I really appreciate them going the extra mile. Great food and even better service!

5 /5 Preet C: This is a great place, staff are great and the food is fantastic of course but my issue is with ordering from the phone, as this had been the third time that my order had not gone through in this establishment. Luckily it was the first time they actually found it in the system, but it came up as a past order that had already been completed. I dont know why this keeps happening in this one specific Nandos and has not been sorted yet considering the first time it had happened was months ago!

5 /5 Trish SentFrom Heaven: Visited the Nandos here on a long drive, manager was very friendly, polite, helpful! Food came out quicker than expected and it was cooked well and tasted great! I eat a lot of Nandos on a monthly basis and this was a great representation of the brand!

5 /5 Havi Dhillon: If you traveling on M25 and you love Nando’s then nothing can be great than stopping at j9-J10 service and enjoy delicious food at Nando’s. Food was delicious and well served without waiting in queue. There was easy access to wheelchair and pushchairs and lots of open sitting spaces in side.

The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great spot if you’re looking for tasty, fresh food.
