Nandos Enfield - Retail Park - (Near Enfield, South East)

4 /5 Mimi: I visited Nando’s in Enfield Retail Park with my two children, plus a friend and her son, on a busy, rainy day and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were greeted and seated. Despite the crowd, service was efficient and friendly. Ordering via the QR code took a little longer than expected due to reception issues, and my friend had to order at the till, but staff handled it smoothly. Our food arrived in reasonable time. I had the Mediterranean salad with plant-based strips; the leaves were a little wilted, but the rest of the dish was fine. Overall, Nando’s is consistently a pleasant experience — you know what you’re getting, and the food is typically fresh. It’s decent value for money, though perhaps slightly overpriced for what it is.

5 /5 Misha Patel: I went to Nando’s recently with a friend after not going for a while, and it was a great experience. We got a table straight away, and the food didn’t take long to come out. Everything tasted really good. The staff were friendly too. When one of them came over to clear our plates, we had a nice chat about some of the challenges they deal with. It made me realize that when things are slow sometimes, it’s not really their fault. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal and I’m glad I went back.

4 /5 P Miller: I went twice within two weeks so the over all is based on my “worse” experience. Parking is great since the restaurant is located on a car park lot so very convenient. Starting with wait time: because we had a baby and needed a a high chair we had to wait a little longer. Sunday evenings seem to be busy- when I asked if he knew roughly how long the wait would be and he was a little snarky and said “When someone leaves”. He did continue to keep us posted that he was still waiting for a table, wasn’t too happy to be seated near the toilets but such is life. We waited around 20mins which wasn’t terrible overall Atmosphere was busy with lots of families and couples but everything was clean and the mood light. When ordering we were told they were out of chips however after seeing a few orders after us with chips we went back and were advised they didn’t but then asked another member of staff who said they had two portions left, was a bit odd but we got our chips in the end. The floor staff are very accommodating and happy to serve, one even went to get me some peri ketchup which they don’t have on display (great stuff that peri ketchup) and even brought me extra. The food came quickly with all request followed . It was absolutely delicious and piping hot. I would definitely visit again

Her positive attitude, quick service, and attention to detail made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and hardworking.
