Nandos Harrow - Station Road - (Near Harrow, South East)

5 /5 Akansha: Had a great experience at this Nando’s. The staff’s service is great - always greeted with a smile. Food was delicious and they have kept the kitchen and tables visibly nice and clean. We have dined here multiple times, but had a takeaway today. Special mention to Mayur who came to our table to make sure we had everything we needed before we left with the order (we’re a big fan of their sauce varieties obviously).

5 /5 raniyah: We had a really great meal at Nando’s. The food was very tasty and cooked perfectly – everything we ordered was really good. The service was excellent too. Our server, Sayeed, was very sweet, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a lovely visit with great food and great service. We’ll definitely be back!

1 /5 Tulshi Patel: NINETEEN ITEMS MISSING: Disgraceful service and customer service from this branch. Manager split our big delivery into 2 bags and sent each bag to our house with two separate Deliveroo riders (very unusual). This was never mentioned on our order confirmation, and only one rider information was sent to us. Rider 1 arrived with bag 1, the second rider never arrived (food assumed to be stolen). Nandos staff were completely unsupportive and unhelpful. Couldnt provide any reasonable explanation as to why two riders were sent and why this was now untraceable with regards to tracking down the 2nd rider. Manager at this branch then misled us into believing we could come and collect all NINETEEN missing items for free, only to be told by his senior that this is not permitted and that we were told the wrong information by this supposed branch manager. Utter waste of time trying to rectifying this issue. All food that had arrived had gone cold by the time we had got off of the phone to this utter disgrace of management. Hoping Nandos do the right thing and fully compensate for this disgraceful service, massive inconvenice, and the fact that half of our order didnt even arrive. Absolutely zero clucks were given by the staff at this specific branch- will not be recommending or returning.
