Nanus Takeaway - (Near Berkshire, South East)

1 /5 Susie K: A small order of two dishes placed with Nanu’s in Sunninghill at 7:30pm (Saturday 9th March). Arrival time given was 8:10pm. Arrived at 10:15pm with no apology, just an excuse of “there must have been a glitch in the system” from the delivery guy. Strange we said as we called Nanu’s three times whilst we were waiting and Nanu’s promised it was on its way each time, so they were fully aware we were made to wait. Won’t be using them again.

1 /5 M Brown: Really really bad. Ordered online late afternoon, only offered a 6.55 delivery. Food was lukewarm. Prawn Madras was watery and tasteless, and onion bhaji was literary dripping in fat, I had to find a plate to put it on. I asked them to collect my meal because I could not eat it and requested a refund but all they offered was a new part meal. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to apply to someone else. I have bought in the past, but will never buy from this takeaway again the service is really bad now.

1 /5 Steve Turner: Nanus has consistently supplied excellent food and I travel to go there as it is normally well worth it. Just ordered exactly the same meal as I always order but this time it was awful and made of totally different ingredients. So bad that it went in the bin. I phoned to see what had happened and if they had a different chef, but they denied it and said it was the same as always. When I explained that I always had the same order and it was a cream based dish but this time it was just in a plain gravy. They did not want to know. Hopefully this is a one off, otherwise I will have to find another takeaway.

5 /5 Sarah Baldwin: Ordered takeaway from here after a friends recommendations and we were not disappointed! Ordered a variety of mains and all of them were delicious, hot and fresh. Would highly recommend
