5 /5 Raisa NP: Really enjoyed my time here. Had the cheesecake and a mocktail, and both were honestly so good. The cheesecake was rich and fresh, and the mocktail was perfectly made. The service made the experience even better. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, especially Muthu, Jumi, Andreana, and Alex. A special mention to the duty manager Jaz for ensuring everything ran smoothly. You can really feel the care in how the team is run.

5 /5 Adelaide Oppong: Amazing place as a venue for our end of year dinner, meeting room and a lunch. Food was fantastic with a great variety. Staff went above and beyond for my team regarding dietary requirements some of which were super complex. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and checked in constantly to ensure we were enjoying our events. Massive shout out to Roxana, Tatiana and Gili who were fantastic to myself and the team. We had such a great time we’re already talking of coming back and having a BBQ. We were initially apprehensive about using Novotel for the entirety of the events but our minds have been completely changed and we look forward to working with you again very soon. Thank you Novotel.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the food was nicely prepared, and the bar was a great place to unwind. A special thank you to the bar manager Muthu and jumi, whose friendly and attentive approach made us feel genuinely well looked after. A lovely experience overall.

5 /5 Linn Mari Telneset: We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Paddington. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the entire property felt modern, clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the city. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options and attentive service. A special highlight was the unexpected birthday surprise: the staff went above and beyond by bringing cake and champagne to celebrate a 40th birthday. This level of attention made the stay feel truly personal and memorable, thanks to Gili the manager. The location is another major plus — a safe and quiet area, yet still conveniently close to transport and everything we needed. Overall, Novotel Paddington exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
