1 /5 mohan sridharan: Subject: Complaint Regarding Food Quality at Oasis Restaurant, Croydon University Hospital
I am concerns regarding the quality of food served at the Oasis Restaurant in Croydon University Hospital. On September 30, 2024, I ordered the mutton curry with rice, and I was extremely disappointed by the meal I received.
The dish consisted predominantly of gristle, fat, and connective tissues, with pieces of blood vessels that rendered it unfit for human consumption. The quality of the ingredients was so poor that it seemed to be more appropriate for animal feed than for hospital patients or visitors. Such standards in a hospital setting raise serious concerns about food safety and quality assurance.
I find it troubling that a private company operating within a hospital environment appears to prioritize profit over the health and well-being of its consumers. This situation makes me question the level of quality monitoring in place. How can this be allowed to continue without any accountability?
Food served in this establishment does not meets acceptable health and safety standards all of the times, but some of the times is not good enough . Patients and visitors expect and deserve quality meals that are safe and nourishing. I hope more people express their concerns on food standards because it matters to health and dont let these companies get away.
