Hazel Constantine I was suprised by the quality of the food, as its a chain restaurant, the crispy chicken, mozzerella sticks, meatballs and mushroom al forno starters were delicious! As were the passionfruit martinis and pistachio gelato. Our server Jess was really friendly and made the atmosphere feel incredibly welcoming and relaxed, in a genuine down to earth way that felt natural. I would definitely visit again soon.

RL Creates Hannah I visited for a friends family members birthday and it was lovely! I had a fish and chips which was a very good portion size and tasted incredible. The restaurant was very clean, with lovely staff and was beautifully decorated. They also had wheelchair access with was helpful for one of our group members.

The moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of a place that is welcoming, genuine and focused on what really matters: incredible food and a relaxed atmosphere. No gimmicks, no pretence, just proper Thai cooking at its best. Every dish is packed with authentic flavour, perfectly balanced and beautifully cooked you can taste the freshness and passion in every bite. It’s the kind of food that instantly makes you want to come back. Stop wasting time at soulless Thai chain restaurants. If you haven’t tried Bangkok House yet, you are seriously missing out. This is the real deal and one of Oxford’s must-visit spots.

Finnuala Q This place was very cute for afternoon tea. Service was fine but could feel more special. Nice location and very enjoyable afternoon tea with a good selection of loose tea leaf tea.

Kate Most of the time when my daughter and I came to Westgate, we always had lunch at Pho. This time we came to have our late lunch around 2pm, still lots of people. A staff told me around 15 mins wait, but we didn’t wait that long at all for the table. My daughter ordered her usual Beef Brisket which she enjoyed so much. I ordered Wok Fried rice with chicken and dried shrimp. It’s so tasty and flavourful, loved it. We also ordered Prawn summer rolls, Baby squids and Seafood spring rolls. Full table but we finished them all. Good food and good service. Highly recommend.

jane hau In Oxford for the theatre with friend. Stubbled across Thaikhun. First impression was WOW loving the decor and ambience definitely giving Vibes of Thailand !! Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. We were absolutely starving after 2hrs + drive we ordered chicken pad, street food noodles, Thai fish cake, veg Gyoza and both finishing off with the classic Mango with sticky rice pudding. All overall we both enjoyed our meals.
