Shipra Suman Garsons Garden Centre in Esher is a long-established and well-known destination for plant lovers, garden enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys a good day out. With roots stretching back over 150 years, it’s much more than a typical garden centre — it’s a combined garden centre, farm shop, restaurant and pick-your-own farm experience. The centre offers a huge range of plants, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture, gifts and homeware, and the sprawling layout means there’s plenty to browse. Many visitors enjoy exploring the colourful plant displays and browsing the farm shop’s seasonal produce and specialist foods. During festive seasons like Christmas, Garsons is particularly popular thanks to its award-winning displays and decorations, making it feel more like a seasonal event than just a shopping trip. Facilities Parking: There’s on-site parking available for visitors, making it easy to stop by whether you’re browsing plants or picking up lunch. (Standard for garden centres of this size.) Toilets: Public toilets and baby-changing facilities are available within the garden centre/shop areas, though facilities on the PYO farm itself may be limited or a short walk away. Family Friendly: There are seasonal events and a small outdoor play area, which are popular with families, especially during school holidays.

K W (KW) We popped in for lunch as Ive passed by so many times and have wanted to try it. The menu seemed to have changed recently and the prices have increased significantly. The service was quite slow, despite no other customers in the restaurant. We had to wait quite a while for the food but it was worth the wait. The food was served on large plates and was tasty. Persian is played in the restaurant but was quite loud initially. The decor inside was very traditional and unique. I would recommend for traditional and tasty persian cuisine. Ordered ghormesh sabzi which is a traditional Iranian dish. Very flavorful. Shishlik which is lamb chops with salad and rice - tasty and large portion Baghali Polo - lamb shank with salad and rice. Good portion and tasty. Special kebab - two skewers which salad and rice.

Gulnara A Lovely Spot by the Thames – Kingston Riverside Kingston Riverside is one of my favourite places to unwind in Southwest London. Right by the River Thames, it’s got that perfect balance of lively atmosphere and scenic charm. Whether you’re popping down for a casual stroll, grabbing a coffee, or enjoying a meal by the water, there’s always something quite special about the vibe here. The selection of restaurants and pubs along the riverside is solid — from cosy spots for a pint to more upscale dining. On a sunny day, the outdoor seating areas are buzzing, and the view of the river with the boats gently passing by is just brilliant. It’s also great for walks or bike rides, especially with the Thames Path running through. And with the town centre just a short walk away, it’s incredibly convenient. All in all, Kingston Riverside is a gem — perfect for a relaxed day out or just soaking up some riverside atmosphere.

Saad Achwa Had an incredible meal at Cappadocia Kingston! The atmosphere is so welcoming and authentic, and the service was top-notch from the moment we walked in. We shared the Cold Meze Plate and the Mixed Grill, and everything was cooked to perfection over the charcoal. Huge portions and very reasonable prices. It’s easily my favorite spot in Kingston—I’ll definitely be back!
