1 /5 Syeda A: Such a poor service. They canceled all my online orders. Every single time. And the worst thing is, the money which was deducted from the account is still on hold and not yet refunded. Such shops should be removed from food apps. Such a disappointment.

1 /5 Fahad Ali: I rang the bell to collect my order. A staff member came but did not inform me whether the order was ready or how long it would take. After waiting around five minutes, I rang the bell again. The staff member returned with the order but refused to hand it over because I had pressed the bell a second time. The interaction felt confusing and unprofessional. If the restaurant owner wants to communicate with me, just text me here. I will explain it.
