Palaette London Hackney - (Near Hackney, South East)

lisa mona (Mona) Lovely and friendly staff,very good quality food,including the best braised lamb dinner they prepare on a Wednesday, very nice breakfast one of the best cafes Ive been to.

M Farr-Matt Fantastic local spot. No tables but we sat at the bar. The food - Spanish- was excellent. Some of the best food I’ve had this year. Portions are not huge but we didn’t leave hungry. The staff (I think an entirely male team) were informed, helpful friendly and charming. There was a female DJ playing some laid back tunes. We will be back to try other guest cuisines in the coming months.

Hannah Wright This place is exceptional. Super friendly, polite staff, excellent food. I had the cave breakfast and we shared a side of sautéed mushrooms and spicy potatoes. Ambience nice too. The waiter Tolga was lovely and very efficient - checking in on us.

Juice G Been wanting to come by here for so long, visited yesterday with some friends and had a nice time :)) Cool spot in London fields, nice atmosphere, good music, interesting artwork / photography. They also put on live music nights, and other events there The food was delish, good size portion and have a few vegan options for me, which was perfect. I had the falafel box + my friends had the lamb box. The babaganoush was 10/10 too! The guy working there was so nice and friendly, gave me a food top up for free and let us chill there for a bit after closing time Definitely worth stopping by if youre in the area

The Siberian travel dude Named Alligator Rapid Very very good west African cuisine. Had jollof rice, chicken and fried rice. Plantains are very tasty, and the chicken is fantastic. Jollof is also very nice, but some parts are clumped. All in all very good and I recommend if you’re in the area

Luke Howst I always order from here as my Monday treat of the month. Never disappointed! Nigiri is the best Ive ever tasted. Then the california maki is just the Bomb!! Wish they had a number so I could ask for some extra sesame seeds!
