1 /5 Courtney Harding: We were dining using the Blue Monday discount, but this should not have affected the quality of the food or service. While I personally enjoyed my pizza, both my father and my partner were unable to finish their meals as they were far too salty. This resulted in them leaving hungry, which really shouldn’t happen when eating out.
The service was extremely poor. Our server, Ayda, did not check on us once during the meal and did not ask why two plates were left almost untouched. When it came time to leave, it took far too long to get the bill. I called her multiple times, but she didn’t respond or make any effort to come over, which summed up her attitude throughout the evening.
To make matters worse, a service charge was added to the bill despite the lack of service. I emailed asking for a refund and got a voucher which I didn’t ask for
This was a real shame, as Prezzo’s food delivery is usually good, but this visit was dreadful. First and last time visiting this branch.
