5 /5 Khanh Nguyen: What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff are personable and service could not have been better. While the food obviously tasted amazing, my favorite part was seeing how flawless the service was. It was like watching them gracefully dance through the room to a symphony that only they knew, and honestly was beautiful (I might even say moving!) to be a part of that experience as you enjoy the delicious bites. We also opted for the wine pairing and I really appreciated the notes taken to customize my experience/preferences yet still complement my dinner. Would love to come back again!

4 /5 Mimi: I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants and have dined at many. This one did not disappoint for a birthday treat to my sister! The service was fantastic, they truly couldn’t have been more attentive. The food was faultless, absolute perfection, especially for seafood lovers. We were treated to surprise canapés, followed by scallops to start, a warm bread basket, cod for the main, and the Crémeux for dessert. I would have happily awarded five stars, but unfortunately our dessert wine was forgotten, which we had been really looking forward to. I’m looking forward to the next visit to see what exciting dishes are on the menu.

5 /5 Brandon Lieu: We had a great experience for our lunch at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. The food was tasty, well presented and we enjoyed the clear explanation for each item. The desert was my favourite. The service was fantastic. The staff were all observant and polite. I would highly recommend it! In terms of a slight constructive criticism, the pacing at first was perfect but it slowed down in the middle significantly. I think that was when it got busier but it was worth the wait!

4 /5 Jeff Pollock: We have been to 5 Michelin 3 star restaurants and we came with high expectations. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed in the end. Service was top notch. Timing was perfect. Every interaction was polite and friendly from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was underwhelming and seemed dated. It was also very loud despite the dining room not being full. Maybe it was our table in the center of the area, but I felt like I could hear everything else but our conversation. The utensils were similar and the plating was beautiful. No theatrical aspects at all. Given that, we thought the food would be exceptional. It was mixed. The first course of warm ups were delicious. Lobster and beef tartare. Plus some cheese and sausage muffins. All were delicious. The beet salad was also amazing. The bread and butter were perfect. We ate 3 rolls over the night with other courses. The lobster ravioli was not very good. Overcooked and the flavors were not great. The fish course was similar. Very bland and forgettable. The steak was also disappointing. Undercooked for us but also tough and not very flavorful. The turnip cake which came with the steak was actually better than the steak. The lemon sorbet palate cleanser was very nice. The hazelnut chocolate dessert was delicious. The tiramisu soufflé was odd, but good if you like tiramisu. The final bits were odd and got very mixed reactions from the table. Overall not a good way to end. So to summarize, started great, got weak in the middle and then improved in the end with a fail at the finish line. The service was definitely three star material, decor, and the food however were not.

4 /5 Omar Arnaout: Wonderful service and great wine pairing. As to to the food then it was an evening with big ups and downs and as a whole I dont feel the food was worthy of a 3 star restaurant. A cauliflower that is uncutable by the provided knife and a "cold toast with cheese that seemed be melted an hour ago" should not be served at such a restaurant. The best dishes were the scallop and the fish.
