5 /5 The Kosher Reviewer: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SOYO Café in Golders Green exceeded all expectations with its incredible food and inviting atmosphere. The mains we tried were exceptional — the Fish & Chips was golden and crispy, with perfectly tender fish inside. The Penne Rose Pasta was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, while the Shakshuka was hearty and bursting with vibrant spices, served with a perfectly cooked egg. Each dish was prepared with care and truly stood out. The desserts, however, took the experience to another level! We indulged in their amazing selection, including the Yogurt Berry Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Froyo, Oreo Cookies Froyo, Chocolate Brownie, and Dulce de Leche. Every bite was decadent, flavorful, and the perfect way to end the meal. The variety and quality of the desserts show SOYO Café’s dedication to delivering a memorable dining experience. The service was warm and attentive, and the café itself has a cozy and welcoming vibe. With such a diverse menu and top-notch dishes, SOYO Café is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food. We can’t wait to return and try more of what they have to offer!

1 /5 André Luiz Artêro Casetta: I arrived and we ordered two dishes and two drinks, but we only received one dish and the two drinks came about twenty minutes later. That was fine at first, but after another 10 minutes I asked if my dish was on its way. The waitress said she hadn’t heard my order and hadn’t placed it, and she didn’t even apologize. She simply asked if I still wanted her to make the dish. I said no and left feeling frustrated. I thought the experience and the service were terrible. I definitely won’t be coming back.

5 /5 MARIA-FLORINA IRIMESCU: The food was great. We really enjoyed the desserts last night—froyo and crepes—both flavorful and generously portioned. We came back this morning and had the best breakfast we’ve had since arriving. Excellent food at a reasonable price.

Despite this, the service was efficient, particularly impressive as our waitress mentioned it was her first evening on the job. We began with the soup of the day, a tomato soup. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. It tasted like a pre-prepared soup enhanced with a few fresh ingredients, rather than something made from scratch. For the main course, I ordered the mushroom pasta casserole. The portion size was generous, but the dish was heavily laden with cheese and lacked refinement and depth of flavor. My wife chose the vegetable lasagne, which was satisfactory but unremarkable. Perhaps our choice of dishes was unfortunate. However, overall the dining experience did not meet expectations. Considering the quality of the food, the prices felt high for what was offered.
