Taj Cuisine - (Near Kent, South East)

1 /5 Trina: Been coming here for 9 yrs, normally good but tonight we waited 2hours and still no food (had a 12 yr old with us as well) What a disappointment to the night, ended up paying for a taxi there and back and still no food. Not only did we have a long wait but others did as well! Abdul the owner is not present and don’t we know it!!!! Absolutely bloody shocking. Myself my husband and our son left without food as waited over 2 hours. They concentrated more on the takeaways/deliveries then customers, enough said

2 /5 David Kedwell: Heard this was really good. Ordered nearly two hours ago. Still not arrived. Have called the restaurant several times, apparently only minutes away. Hopefully worth the wait. Already disappointed.

5 /5 David Clarke: Here we go. Don’t let its humble, tucked away location put you off. Taj Cuisine does not follow the “all trousers and no pants” precedent of many Indian restaurants. This is the real deal. The accolades that litter its walls aren’t there by accident. Service is accurate, attentive and perceptive. The owner made me feel welcomed and ensured my needs were met by checking in throughout the course of my visit. Surroundings are comfortable and very much like that of regular Indian restaurants. What is different is the dishes. They are exciting, dramatic, looking and tasting absolutely beautiful. My main course was edging towards fine dining given its presentation and quality. This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Kent, class in a Chatham retail estate glass.

5 /5 Anna h: The food was amazing as usual and I like the fact you can bring your own drinks. The service was a little off this time when it’s usually very good and usually the staff are friendly and chatty but it felt more like we were being rushed and an inconvenience. I’m sure it was a one off as usually very nice. Will definitely go back!!
