3 /5 Gargi Talukder: This place had been on my saved list for a long time, so I was really looking forward to it, especially since my brother booked it for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. The setup and seating arrangements felt odd. I think it’s a perfect spot for a date night, but if you’re going with a group for a proper meal, the layout isn’t ideal. We tried to change our table from three to four people and ended up waiting about half an hour, as they didn’t have the right seating available, which is understandable but still inconvenient.
That said, the customer service was exceptional throughout. The food was really good and beautifully presented. My brother and sister-in-law felt some dishes were a bit too salty, but overall the flavours were strong and enjoyable. Pricing was on the expensive side around £175 for four people, including two starters, four mains, and drinks.
Would I come back? Probably not. But would I recommend it for an intimate, cozy date night? Absolutely.
