5 /5 Martin Bridge: A very smart inn/restaurant with a great view of the river. We stopped here on our Thames Path walk on a rainy day, a little wet and muddy, along with our dog. Only had a quick drink in the lovely bar (traditional oak beam & rustic) and dried ourselves out a little over a pint. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Many thanks!!

5 /5 Anne Skelton: We didnt use the hotel. We just went to eat. The place is beautifully decorated, has a great atmosphere and is right on the river. The food was delicious, the staff were amazing and we would all highly recommend it.

5 /5 K G: Quite possibly the best Sunday roast I’ve ever eaten. The sticky toffee pudding is addictive. We sat in one of the pods overlooking a beautiful part of the river it was perfect! The staff were very attentive and the dogs were well catered for too.

The setting is absolutely beautiful – we sat outside right on the riverbank, which made it such a relaxing and picturesque spot to enjoy our meal. The food was delicious, and the whole experience felt really special. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming – they made us (and our dog!) feel completely at home, which really added to the charm of the visit. It’s such a lovely place to spend an afternoon, whether you’re stopping by for a meal or just to soak up the riverside atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning – highly recommended!
