Ruth Chesters After spend 45 minutes in Montys and there vile unprofessional bouncers we left and dropped in The Ship. We avoid normally due to what we hear about it from staff members but absolutely loved it - great venue if a little poorly laid out. Great doormen who were polite and welcoming and decent music too. Only negative is if you are over 5ft 10" youll have to bend down if using the front bar area as ceilings are super low - fine for me as 5ft 4 but parter is 6ft 6 LOL

Molly Carmichael Absolutely incredible evening out for my friends birthday! Beautiful venue, all staff polite and accommodating, so friendly too. Checked on us often, answered all questions and offered suggestions for food and drinks. My friend didn’t like cake but loves pickles so they gave us a pickle cake with candles haha! Bodgan was our server and we cannot thank him enough, 100% recommend and we will be back!

Kathryn Gorsuch Been coming to this giggling squid for over 10 years now. The food is always exceptional, the best salt and pepper squid there is! Tried a new sharer starter today which was delicious as always! Khwan and all the other staff were lovely
