1 /5 Tolani: ★☆☆☆☆ — Extremely poor experience. I went in to order and the manager immediately became aggressive when I asked about payment options, insisting they only accepted cash or a transfer. He demanded money, accused me of having a problem, and then kicked me out. I left feeling confused and intimidated. This is not how customers should be treated; the team needs customer-service training and to clearly post payment methods so people aren’t put on the spot. Bring cash if you go, but personally I won’t be returning.

Delivery driver Damien also went out of his way to bring the lovely food to a random meeting place for me ! Brilliant food, exceptionally Quick service, especially good prices ! 10**********

5 /5 P C: I recently visited Hot Hut, and the experience was fantastic! The lamb kebab I ordered was juicy, well-seasoned, and came with fresh veggies and soft pita bread. Their garlic and spicy sauces were top-notch. The portions were generous, and the staff was super friendly. For great food at a good price, I recommend Hot Hut .

1 /5 Martin Kelly: After a dissapointing meal Sunday of dry unedible chicken and over cooked chips. We ordered again tonight for another try and unfortunatly met with the same dry as hell unedible chicken such a shame as the first one we had here months ago was lovely. Shame will give a miss I think for a while only good thing is My Mrs Greek salad was nice but would of been better if the Kofte would of been placed seperate so it didnt go stone cold under the salad. Tried again here today worst Kebab we have ever had chicken was disgusting not to mention as you can see in pic it was absolutely drowned in mayonnaise the pitta was inedible as it was rock hard it snapped between my fingers.
