1 /5 Amjad HusSyn: There is a person working in the kitchen who appears to be a manager (I am not sure of his exact role). His behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. He regularly uses abusive language and speaks disrespectfully. On two or three occasions when I arrived to collect an order, he immediately told me to cancel it and said he would not give the order, even though it was already prepared or accepted. He has also shown the middle finger and behaved aggressively. Because of this conduct, my experience at this restaurant has been very unpleasant. I request the restaurant management to please look into this matter and take appropriate action so delivery drivers are treated with respect and professionalism.

The Indian manager in the kitchen i don’t know he is a manager or not but i asked I need to talk to your manger he told i am the manger but he is extremely rude and unprofessional. He frequently uses abusive language towards delivery drivers and staff, and even shows the middle finger to people. When confronted about his behavior, he dismissively says, “Go ahead, do whatever you want.” Because of this attitude, the environment feels very negative, and my experience here was extremely unpleasant. I request the management to take this matter seriously and address it so others do not have to face the same disrespectful treatment.

There is a staff member working in the kitchen who seems to be in a managerial position (I’m not completely sure about his exact role). Unfortunately, his behaviour has been very rude and unprofessional. He often uses inappropriate language and speaks in a disrespectful tone. On two or three occasions, when I arrived to collect an order, he immediately told me to cancel it and refused to hand it over, even though the order had already been accepted or prepared. There have also been moments where he behaved aggressively and made offensive gestures, which made the situation very uncomfortable. As a delivery driver, I always try to remain polite and professional. I simply expect the same level of respect in return. Because of these repeated incidents, my experience at your restaurant has been quite unpleasant.
