The Six Bells - (Near Berkshire, South East)

4 /5 mynamesmatty: Overall the six bells is excellent. The food is very high quality. Especially the tandoori dishes. Ive tried the Tandoori lamb chops; the tandoori wings and the Shashlik. All have been excellent. Curries are really flavoursome; rice and naan a very nice too. The bar has a brilliant array of tap beers too. Only criticism would be the food is on the expensive side; admittedly the quality is very nice but the bill at the end has been very steep. Also the poppadom chutney tray needs looking at as for the cost you get 3 tiny little pots of sauce but no lime pickle and barely any onion salad. Really not enough for a table of 3 or more. Minor things in the grand scheme as the food and service is top notch and a place we will definitely return to again and again.

5 /5 Tom Barratt: The food is brilliant, 5 out of 5 for me would be mind blowing so 4 out of 5 is very very good! The service though is extremely friendly. Im a regular and know some staff by name and face and theyre always very happy to chat and genuinely come across happy to see you. It makes you feel very welcome. With there being the "pub" side or element to the restaurant too, its a good atmosphere whether youre there for a top curry or just there for some beers and to watch the football. Im so glad theyre my local!

5 /5 Padmini Barot: All the starters like paneer tikka, aloo tikki chat and papri chat were scrumptious and very authentic. Paneer Makhani with crispy naan along with veg biryani is a very recommended meal to enjoy. All the staff were very polite and efficient. 4 /5 Troy Clank: Friendly staff, nice establishment, looks like English pub, sells Indian cuisine, they have English menu too. Large menu offering. Nice zero alcohol machine.

5 /5 James King-Taylor: Food was superb, quick and well presented. This isnt your every day slushy curryhouse. Its very good quality and full of flavour. Kids loved it too. The main menu is indian, however if any of your guests desire classic pub food (such as one of our kids) then fish n chips or similar are all pub grub also optional on the second menu! Music was less err considered and was playing a 1998-2002 ministry of sound dance mix or similar… would have preferred anything else at 1700 on a Thursday afternoon!!!
