5 /5 Ruth ODriscoll: After around 50 hours of travelling we were absolutely exhausted but decided whilst we had a few hours stopover we wanted to head to a pub for a pint and a feed. We found ourselves at The White Hart and are very thankful we did. We were met with warmth, not only from the fireplace but from every member of staff answering all of our questions and just genuinely wanting to have a chat. Both the food and the beer were top notch. Will definitely be back

5 /5 E Rodrick (RDRCK): I’ve visited the White Hart several times now and the experience has been excellent on every occasion. Most recently, I went for a Christmas dinner with two friends around 6pm, and we had a really great time from start to finish. The staff are fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which makes a huge difference. The food was absolutely delicious, classic British pub food done properly, served in very generous portions and presented beautifully. Everything was full of flavour and clearly made with care, leaving us completely satisfied. Another big plus is the value for money. Each time we’ve visited, we’ve spent around £30-40 per person and that’s included drinks as well as a hearty, generous meal, which is excellent value for the quality and portion sizes. It’s a brilliant local pub with a warm atmosphere, great service, and consistently high-quality food. I’d happily recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back again. A real credit to the area.

5 /5 Terry Caton: We love eating here, whenever we are in the area. Its a super cute little pub, which offers some of the most delicious "pub grub" that we have ever tasted. Full props to the chef, they do a wonderful job.

5 /5 InTheName OfFashion: It’s just lovely!! It’s super charming and cosy inside. You can easily spend hours there. The gentleman that runs it did such an amazing job preserving the history and offers the most friendliest service. We had peri-peri chicken wings, sardines, and fish & chips. All three were great, and portions are very generous. 10/10 recommend!
