5 /5 Dikshita Neupane: Tried Tortilla today and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly mainly vk and served the food quickly. The burrito was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Overall, excellent service and good quality food. I will definitely visit again

3 /5 DOOM RAINS: Tortilla at Westfield London is okay but nothing special. The burritos have way too much rice and not enough flavor to make them tasty. The service is super fast though they make your food right in front of you in like one to three minutes. Prices are fair but I wish the food was more exciting. It’s edible but forgettable."

1 /5 M P: My advise if for anyone going there to Get a small bowl / portion, because the large one will be filled the size of a small and cost double! It could be the effect of Brexit, but the non European guy serving us, had zero customer service, we’ve got to the end and our large bowls were half full, so we asked to add an extra spoon of tomato salad and he replied that we have to pay extra money if we want it, as extra. We confronted him saying our large bowls were filled the size of a small and it would have been nice to get some salad to fill the empty space, he heard no reasons, so we just moved on without salad. Absolutely avoid if you can, but if you go for it order a small bowl. Today on a Sunday as well!
