Zafron Crawley - (Near , South East)

5 /5 Abdul Manik: I recently dined at Zafron in Crawley, and it was a truly delightful experience that I’d happily recommend. We ordered the mixed grill and the charsi chicken curry Afghani style, accompanied by freshly made naan breads and a refreshing mojito. The mixed grill was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, offering a great variety of flavors in one plate. The Afghani-style chicken curry stood out with its rich, aromatic spices and comforting depth, making it a dish I’d gladly have again. The naan breads were soft, fluffy, and perfect for scooping up every last bit of curry. The drinks complemented the meal beautifully – the mojito was light, crisp, and refreshing, balancing the boldness of the food. Overall, Zafron manages to combine delicious food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a place well worth visiting.

5 /5 abhijeet raut: Had chicken shish kebab, Afghan kofte curry, palaw and chicken karahi. All dishes were amazing and not that hot. Generous aromatic rice serving was very full filling.

5 /5 Simon NUTT: The meats were juicy, tender and full of flavour while the rice was well seasoned and the side salad was fresh. There isn’t really a proper dessert menu but it’s worth ordering the Persian ice cream, which was saffron flavour and very nice! Prices are slightly more on the expensive side, despite the restaurant’s casual, no thrill atmosphere but the food is well worth it.

5 /5 Curtis Malik Squash: The staff are super friendly! Food is absolutely amazing, authentic and massive portion sizes for the price. We have been a few times now and will certainly keep coming back!

5 /5 Rafia Ayub: Literally just popped in to grab some naan for dinner, just as takeaway, and they were so lovely! They sat us down and offered us complimentary tea even though we were just ordering around £5 worth of takeaway. Just that short exchange demonstrated such great and friendly service!
