4 /5 Panagiotis Iliopoulos: Very nice restaurant. We tried a variety of plates and I think that Chicken Tikka Mossalla and one plate with chicken, spinach and curry (cannot remember the exact name) outstand from the menu choices. Also, the naan bread was very tasty. We didnt like rice a lot because it didnt have many spices and wasnt very strong for our taste. Although, this restaurant can easily characterized as a value for money choice!
4 /5 Daniel Doherty: Ordered food for the whole family, so tried chicken korma, lamb curry and a really hot beef dish, variety of rices, chips and poppadom. Theyre made my dad a few coffee while we waited and we got a 10% discount as we collected. Food was good rather than amazing, but we enjoyed it. The lady serving was really friendly and the chef handed over the food. Give it a try
2 /5 Darren: Chicken Korma is so nice from here and love the taste, that is different from other places.
Sadly same as other people have written on here the person behind the counter was very rude to me.
I hadn’t been well so when I felt a bit better I said can I have some Chips and some Chicken please? Basically chicken and chips as I couldn’t stomach a curry as my appetite was low from being unwell. I waited a fair amount of time and then was given my food and I checked it, it wasn’t chicken and chips, it was chopped chicken and potatoes and vegetables. They had made me a mini roast dinner which wasn’t what I asked for. I showed the young man I never asked for this and he said tough you opened the container so I can’t return it… I hadn’t left the shop.
I asked for my money back as it wasn’t what I asked for and he said no and was rude.
Sadly I had to step up and said I want my money now and as he saw I wasn’t leaving, he begrudgingly gave a refund and said never come back… told not to return for their error. I never returned and they lost my money once a week for a lifetime. Not good business sense. If I was rude I don’t mind but to be told never to return due to their mistake is illogical and unethical.
Sorry for your loss…
5 /5 MetroCyc: Delicious curry and biryani. Got poppadoms, dips and a bonus portion of curry on the house. Great staff and stylish decor. Defo pop by if you’re local
Akoessiwa Ogundoju This place serves authentic African food. Well cooked. It tastes amazing. The moi moi elewe (leaves) is moist and delicious. No regrets, no complaints. Whenever I come to the UK, Ikoyi Suya Restaurant is going to be my only African food place to eat. Kudos to the owners, Tunde Alaka and his wife, Remi. Yummy!!!!!
Jessica Schweitzer Arrived on time. Tried a variety of their dishes. Tasted great, well presented. A lovely find! Great to know a sushi place is so close by. Would 100% recommend to anyone who’s looking for an good local take away.
