The wings were way too big, which made them difficult to eat and suggested they weren’t properly prepared. Worse, they were undercooked, with a strange texture that made them inedible. On top of that, there was an unpleasant smell, which made me question the freshness of the chicken.
I appreciate you taking the time to respond to customer feedback. However, instead of dismissing concerns by implying that customers are lying, it may be more helpful to address issues constructively. Acknowledging feedback—whether positive or negative—shows a commitment to customer satisfaction and improvement.
