5 /5 philth: Great local Italian we found almost by accident. Absolutely delicious pizzas, we had margaritas and added sausage and artichoke to one and mushrooms on the other. Nice house white wine. Looks like only a few seats from outside but big space upstairs with 80 seats. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend if you’re in the area. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in the uk in ages

2 /5 Crispin Evans: With no other customers present for our Saturday lunch, this should have been a joy. Service was obviously amazing as there were no other customers. Unfortunately the food was absolutely not value for money. On the whole their presentation was pretty good. 2 starters went without any major issue. But when to the main, their house dish ‘Paccheri A Casa Mia’ was meatballs with pasta tubes in a tomato sauce. What was served was a heavy lump of flat overcooked pasta with 3! Yes only 3.! unseasoned meat balls for £17.! served in the same sized dish as the starter.! (It was a total cheek to see the chef later eat a normal sized portion of pasta and bolognese sauce, from an actual pasta bowl, out front as there were no customers). Overpriced and underwhelming is the bottom line..

1 /5 Edward Cullen: The worst pizza Ive ever had. Cant believe this place claims to sell Neapolitan pizza The pizza itself is disgusting. You can tell its really bad just by looking at a cross section of the crust crust. Eat at Castellum pizzeria in Whitstable and youll be amazed at the vast difference in taste and quality. Castellum produce the best pizzas Ive come across in Kent. They use quality ingredients. I know because Im a regular there and have had lots of conversations about the ingredients, preparation process etc with one of the owners. Hes also brought the tin of tomatoes they use to show me, and Ive seen the bags of flour they use. Quality stuff. Fluffy beautiful crust, high hydration, long fermentation. A Casa Mias pizza is by far the worst pizza Ive ever had. Also where the basil was on the pizza it tasted gross. Like off gross. The chilli oil was really disgusting too. I told my pretty, young blonde waitress all this, and she just gave me the fake politeness garbage. sorry. She didnt even bother to talk to the owner/head chef. I left a slice and 2/3rds of a slice because I just couldnt tolerate how nasty it was anymore. She never offered me a discount or anything. I asked her how long the pizza dough is fermented for and she didnt know. She didnt know the answer to any of my questions. My guess is they employed a pretty young blonde to draw in and retain customers. Dont eat here. So nasty. Absolute shame to Italian cuisine. Note the the owner whose replied: Nothing is defamatory. I have no doubt as to why youve employed that female. She knows nothing about Italian cooking and clearly has no passion for it. Its well known that attractive females results in more money spent by males, and makes people want to purchase from that place. Very well known. I am free to speak truth. You will not shut down truth. Happy to go head on legally if needed. Moreover, why dont you just significantly improve your pizzas instead of whining that I mentioned another pizzeria by name? They deserve to be named as their pizzas truly are amazing, AND theyre slightly cheaper than yours. Step your game up. 2nd edit Your attempt at using a female as a pawn is laughable. Its not against the law to say someone is pretty, and YOURE the one who employed her over say an experienced knowledgeable older woman. Moreover 16 is the legal age of consent. Your attempt to victimise her and demonise me wont work. Focus on what my review states. Your pizza is terrible, and your waitress clueless. As for distress. I dear sir, have been caused significant distress with recurring nightmares of your awful pizza. DISTRESS. Oh me, oh my. What significant distress. Rather than admit truth, you attempt to use a female as a victim. Speaks volumes about you. Not only is your pizza terrible, but you sir. You are a piece of work. I bid thee farewell.

5 /5 Waqas Ayub: We were trying to find another restaurant but we saw this restaurant. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Atmosphere was quite nice. Clean seating arrangement. Staff greated us and explained the menu. We ordered vegan and vegetarian options. Food was delicious as expected. Portions were adequte. Food was hot when served. It was a good experience. Definitely recommended.

5 /5 T Lovegrove: Our first visit to Casa Mia and were greeted as though we were their only customers. We hadnt booked, but they did everything to find my wife and I a table given they were fully booked, so on that front, it was excellent service. The restaurant was run very well given the unusual layout and, again, treated us very well indeed. Food was of excellent quality and well presented but surprisingly not too expensive, so even better. If a fault had to be found, then I might say a little salty, although that might just be the type of chosen pizza. Still, the pizza was excellent, and all was consumed. It is most definitely a place to return to when we visit Herne Bay again. Thank you, Casa Mia We live nearly 200 miles away, so whilst visiting family again, my wife and I decided to pop back in to Casa Mia, given that we remembered what it like the last time, and we were not disappointed. Great service and superb pizza. The flavours evoked memories of when we were in Italy, so that would surely tell you something. Not much else to add other than a thank you to the staff there and again, a great pizza restaurant with plenty of accolades and recommendations from professionals, and that surely says something. Id recommend this place and well certainly return for another meal there. Ps, my added photo of a slice of pizza doesnt do it justice. I nearly forgot to get a photo as I was keen to tuck in.
