3 /5 A Tay: We booked a private room months in advance for my best friend’s baby shower, only after setting up in the Pink Room to find that it had been double booked. Unfortunately, the way this was handled by the manager was disappointing. Rather than taking ownership, he deflected responsibility, was dismissive, and didn’t resolve the issue in a timely manner. A lot of time was wasted trying to rectify something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Although the situation didn’t completely ruin the event, it was unprofessional and unnecessary stress on what was meant to be a special occasion.
With that said, I cannot praise May, one of the waitresses, enough. She was exceptional, patient, attentive, calm under pressure, and genuinely went above and beyond for everyone. Her customer service was 10/10, and she handled things in a great manner. She is truly an asset to the restaurant & whatever you’re paying her, triple it. She is a hard worker & is the only reason I would recommend this place.
The food was great, so compliments to the chef - not a single negative thing to say on that front.
