S B Excellent halal food good mix of south Asian and Arabic dishes, we visited twice in one week. We ordered a partha dish which came layered in a banana leaves topped with meat fry chicken fry and chicken curry. We also tried the dosa and biryani all very flavourful and very affordable.

Pagan Evans Wow, oh wow! The Bedford truly impressed us! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the décor was the perfect blend of warm, cosy, and chic. We came for the Sunday roast after hearing amazing things, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I had the lamb, which was melt-in-the-mouth delicious, and my partner and daughter had the topside beef, which they devoured. We will 100% be returning. I’m already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again to The Bedford for a wonderful afternoon x

Chandrika Cycil We love Nippon! We have been ordering takeaway and going in for a while now. We love going in. The service is amazing. They are lovely with our children and take a special interest and take time to make sure we can enjoy our meal. The food choice is wonderful and we have enjoyed everything we ate there. They do lunch specials every weekday which are great value. We always have the Japanese tea with our meal/ I have tried the saki cocktails once and it was great! - We have regularly tried all their lunch specials: bento boxes, donburi, curries and ramen. Our favourites from what we’ve tried over our visits : - Katsu curry - Omu rice - Japanese fried chicken - Bento boxes (esp tempura, teriyaki) - Donburi (beef and pork were good. It’s the ones we’ve tried) But you really can’t go wrong with what you eat there. We will keep going back as it’s our regular lunch choice during weekdays and weekends. Colin Griffiths Not a great lover of Wethespoons, but had to stay the night in Sidcup. And needed something to eat at a good price. Tried here, lovely looking pub on the inside, and had a traditional English breakfast, which to ge honest was excellent and damn good value. Compared to surrounding eaterys. I would say its one of the better Wetherspoons Ive been in, a good typical English pub, like the good old days.

Ken Clark Marneys is a local legend for good reason. The food is out of this world with traditional favourites as well as modern Asian fusion delights, something for everyone. The service is fast and attentive and the traditional pub vibe is very cool. Highly recommended !
