1 /5 Funmi S: My mum placed an order for jollof rice as part of their catering service, and while the food may good itself, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I called three days before the scheduled pick up just to amend the collection time as my mum made an initial mistake when placing the order, and the staff and owner were unnecessarily rude on the phone. She insisted on calling my mum directly even though she was right there with me while I made the call. This kind of unprofessional attitude is really off putting and reflects poorly on the business.
Bit of advice and please take it, if you want repeat customers or referrals, you really need to improve how they treat people!
