5 /5 Robert Pretorius: Met the crew at a wedding yesterday where the team were preparing a whole hog roast. Very impressive, they estimated it would be ready at 5pm and it was. The taste was amazing, no heavy spices needed, the flavour of the slow cooked pork, rended fat and smoke shone through. The crackling was great too. Well done guys, it was as good as it gets in my opinion. Rob P

5 /5 Harvey Collier: Dave Squires leads the Barbecue Chefs team and he is the consummate professional - and you can top that with him being a super nice guy to boot! I have used him and his friendly and very well trained professional team on a number of occasions and our parties have been resounding successes. Guests invariably wanted seconds or thirds of the delicious hog roasts and desserts! I would never use anyone else unless through sheer bad luck he has already been booked on the day we need him!

Always difficult working out how many people will attend a wake and with Dave’s advice we were spot on with the amount of food and what to serve. Lots of comments from guests on how good the food was. Definitely recommend BBQ chefs for any event.
